Bill writes ... Selden founder George B. Selden famously lost a law suit against Henry Ford and four other American car maunufacturers. Selden had held a patent under which he claimed a royalty on every car manufactured in the US but Ford and the other four refused to cough up, the case being very long and drawn out.
