Manchester-built chain-driven fire-escape with enormous 14½ litre engine. The fire fighting equipment is by John Morris with a 60ft ladder. Once the property of the Southampton Brigade, acquired in 1961 by the Enfield & District Veteran Vehicle Society after a long spell as a works engine in Guildford.
