Not long to go for London AEC trolley 664T594 seen at Colindale Depot in the summer of 1961. We can confirm the year as the trolley is displaying posters for the National Radio Show Aug 23 to Sep 2. This event, held at London's Earls Court, traditionally began on a Wednesday and ran through to the following Saturday; the dates shown fell in 1961.

Route 666 came to an end at Stage 13 of the trolleybus conversion programme in early 1962. The early Routemaster is already two years old, and according to Ian Smith was nominally a West Ham bus, although appears to be showing an EM garage stencil. (NF)
