Eleven of these units were built in 1985/6 (01AY55 to 01AY65) for the MOD by the now defunct Mountain Range company on Bedford MJR 4x4 M1120 chassis. 01AY56 is at RAF Saxavord in the Shetland Islands in 2005 when in use as spare 'domestic' pumping appliance. (Ken Reid)
