Anderton Rowlands Funfair spent a week in July at Crediton. Nothing unusual in that, except this time it was held on the field at Lords Meadow were they last held a fair 57 years ago and is the site they have been trying to return to for a long time. However the heavy July rains played havoc with the pull-off and everything got bogged down and needed winching off. So who did they call? .......... Only one of the last vehicles to leave 57 years ago! Scammell Showtrac DCO212 had not been on the road since 2000, and is seen in action on July 10th 2012. (Dave Godley)
