Quote from programme:- "Owned from new for 20 years by an Oslo brewery, this lorry went into private ownership until it was donated to the museum in 1970. It carries a wood gas generator which was fitted during the oil crisis of 1973. Many British trucks had similar generators but none survive today in the U.K. Wood consumption is given as 4kg per 10km."
