1922 prototype 'Invincible' fire tender based on the Gwynne 8 car began as a Gwynne demonstrator. It was then sold to Mountnessing Fire Brigade near Chelmsford, joined the NFS during WW2 then went to the local Marconi plant as works fire tender, eventually to be restored by their apprentices.
