This petrol-engined Bedford TK was built in 1965 by HCB-Angus on body serial 1066 for the Northern Area Brigade of Scotland. It is a Dual Purpose appliance i.e. it can run as an escape carrier (45 foot wheeled escape with 300 gallons of water) or as a water tender (35 foot ladder with 400 gallons of water). In the photo it is running as a WrT.
