1966 Morris LD LBB523D
Originally an ambulance for the National Coal Board that operated in the Newcastle area. Apart from that, little of its early life is known. It was decommissioned in the mid-1970s and the person who bought it turned it into a camper so all the ambulance equipment was lost. The outside is now planned to be restored into a ambulance but the interior will remain a camper. Seen at Crich Tramway Museum's 2013 Emergency Vehicles Day on 4/8/13. (Paul Cheetham) #1
